Now we're going to do some practices. And then we will understand the saying better. So in the course of the years, there are some people here who have been following my teaching over a period of years. So now we're going to do things differently. And that is the clue. Well I don't want to speak about personal experience too much. But can you imagine an archangel of light.

Not just that the body of the archangel is light, but the light radiating through hisher eyes is so incredible. Well that is a model. Because at a certain level of our being, our counterpart belongs to the celestial spheres. But you see as you go higher in the levels, you are less personal and more cautious? And so one's angelic counterpart is not distinct from that of our beings and of the universe. But it's just as important to know that we live on several levels at the same time. But no one is even conscious of it. So that is the premises which should be basic before we start working with light.
