Mysticism

Savichara, is known as “reflective” meditation, and is the outgrowth nirvitarka-samadhi. In this stage of bija-samadhi the mind penetrates an object down to the subtle infinitesimal composite elements of matter. This subtle insight is still transpiring within matrix of time and space. Once the meditator identifies fully with infinitesimally subtle elements of matter, and is no longer conscious of time and space, the state of nivichara-samadhi has been attained.
